design thinking through quantum creativity.
By applying principles from quantum mechanics to the design thinking process, we, product builders and designers can foster a more inclusive, interconnected, and dynamic approach to creativity. The observer effect in quantum mechanics suggests that the mere observation of a phenomenon inevitably changes that phenomenon. In design thinking, this underscores the importance of engaging with and observing users and stakeholders as an integral part of the design process. By actively involving users in the ideation, prototyping, and testing phases, their feedback and behaviors can significantly shape the direction and outcome of the design. This not only enhances the potential for solutions but also aligns with the complex, ever-changing nature of user needs and technological possibilities.
Understanding the impermanency of everything we do in our lifetime, product and design are my way of leaving something a bit better than before, for the world. And at the heart of transformative products and experiences People, Process and Innovation are the 3 pillars.

What You See Is What You Get. Design isn't about perfection; it's about bringing ideas to life. As a product manager, I love diving into design tools like Figma to craft visual experience of solutions and Miro for empathy maps, to zero in on the possibilities to solve the user problems. My time, building products & prototypes for startups (as part of full-time or freelance projects) taught me the magic of quick high-fidelity wireframes based on research and end-user flows. They're not just tools; they're my way of saying, "Here's how we can make things better for you."
about me.
I'm the kind of person who gets energized by rolling up my sleeves and diving into the thick of things, especially in fast-moving and unpredictable or unstructured environments. Bringing calm to the chaotic but exhilarating process of building and shipping, in the 9+ years in B2C, B2B & B2G product spaces, I was able to get hands-on with all the aspects of nascent MVPs to successful product launches and scaling to growth. Being at the centre of products from 0 to 1, 1 to 10 and 10 to 100, have enabled me to collect skillsets that morph into tangible outcomes for any business.
There's something special about being part of a product's journey from a rough sketch to bringing in $700K ARR in the first month of launch. Being at the crux of the product lifecycle from its messy nascent stages to a refined product that drives an IPO or ICO (one day) is the goal. Passionate about building from scratch, I utilize rapid-prototype MVP designs and user entered research with the JTBD framework. Leading and scaling PM & Design teams from 0-1 has honed my Product Operations skills, covering user research, problem-solving, rapid prototyping, prioritised roadmapping, system design, GTM, and analytics.
I excel (or try my very best) in fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams, to achieve a unified vision and mission. I believe in the power of teamwork (people + process + innovation) and I put my all into making sure everyone's pulling in the same direction. It's never easy, and it's never the same twice, but there's nothing more satisfying than seeing a group of talented people unite around a common goal. Throughout my career, I've built and coached high performance cross-functional teams that delivered impactful results for the end-user that enable the organisation to hit the business/ revenue goals.
Outside of the usual nine-to-fives that are thoroughly stimulating, my free time is all about deep diving into some passions and interests - Dancing, Reading non-fiction, 90s Music, Docuseries, Blockchain, Crypto, Stocks, Rapid Prototyping, Design MVPs, Decentralized Tech for Social Good, mountain travels/ hikes and play-time with my indie dogs. Questioning the existential nature of the world, on why is it that some have it good and most have it bad, questions about how wealth accumulation happens almost always inevitably unfairly are some topics I ponder, research and narrowed down to how Blockchain for social good is the place I want to ultimately work towards. An opportunity to realize the potential of a 2 year old orphan, who is capable of being the next Elon Musk, is hiding away owing to circumstances that just were not chosen by them.
I have volunteered for teaching disabled children with basic life skills through entertainment based coaching at Sheikh Khalifa Medical Centre, Abu Dhabi, UAE. During Covid-19, I had raised funds of about 11 Lakhs INR from friends/ family that enabled 246 families of daily-wage workers that could not make ends meet for 3 months.
Strongly believe in, take what you get, ideate, research, improvise and build on it, so you can leave the world, a bit better than before...

The Crisis of 2020
When the world shut down, the cracks in our system became chasms. During those months, I felt an intense, crushing weight seeing the disparity around me.
I scrambled to raise 11 Lakh INR to support 246 families of daily-wage workers. But while that money put food on tables for a moment, it felt like putting a band-aid on a bullet wound.
I realized that "Charity" is open-ended and often untraceable.
It doesn't solve the root issue. It left me asking a dangerous question that sent me down a rabbit hole: What actually is money?
I know the problem, and I have an idea for the solution. Coming Soon!
